To improve student performance in the areas of reading and mathematics through the implementation of New Standards
To increase early literacy, 85% of the students in K-2 will achieve Level 6 on the ECLAS by the end of Grade 2
Increase Literacy of Grades 3-5
To foster and encourage staff and parent involvement through continued participation in the Leadership Committee.

Individualized student goals in math and ELA, science, physical education.
