If you wish to enroll your child in the PS 205Q After School Center for Fall 2019-2020, please click on the image below, print it, fill out the information and return to school in an envelope marked “PS 205 After School Center – Mr. Blum”. You can send in payment in full, make a deposit or just send in the form and you will be billed in September.
