4th Grade Assignments 2011-12
Dear Parents and Fourth Grade Students:
The assignments are due the FIRST day they have Science each week. Your Child’s Science Workbook is to be covered with clear Contact. Your child can NOT write in the workbook. The books will be collected on June 11.
Your child will write their answers for the homework in their notebook. On the top of the page, they need to write the PAGE Number. We will go over them together and the students will correct their work.
Please wait to do the first homework until I have shown you how to organize your notebook!

All Science Workbooks will be collected by June 11

Tests will usually review material back to September!

Future Important Dates:
- Week of May 23 to June 1: STATE SCIENCE TEST Performance Test: exact date to be determined!
- June 4: STATE SCIENCE TEST-OBJECTIVE-written test
Your child may have occasional other assignments such as describing something they had seen or done in science or completing a lab report started in science. These are expected to be neat with all conventions correct. I will accept any pages not assigned as extra credit if completed by due dates. Extra credit is to be done on loose-leaf or as Vocabulary Flash Cards. Your child’s first & last name & class must be on anything turned in to me as Extra Credit.
