Environmental Awareness Movie Night @ PS 205Q
Presented by The Family of Kai Cerar and Mr. Berghorn
Would you like to learn more about how we can help our environment?
Bag It is a film that has been garnering awards at film festivals across the nation. What started as a documentary about plastic bags evolved into a wholesale investigation into plastics and their effect on our waterways, oceans, and even our bodies.
Try going a day without plastic. In this touching and often flat-out-funny film, we follow “everyman” Jeb Berrier as he embarks on a global tour to unravel the complexities of our plastic world. We see how our crazy-for-plastic world has finally caught up to us…and what we can do about it.
Watching Bag It is the first step toward creating change and will spark adults and children to delve deeper into issues regarding our environment and inspire action.
