Dear PS 205 Familes and Friends,

Welcome to my new PS205 Blog!

Here you will find information about instructional activities happening throughout the year as well as pertinent information regarding our school’s goals, vision and mission. Our School Leadership Team (SLT) meets once a month on Friday aftenoons to share ideas and discuss ways in which we can meet our school’s goal as dictated by our  Comprehensive Educational Plan (CEP). The SLT  provides a structure for school-based decision making and the development of a collaborative school culture and it is my hope that I can share more of that with the whole school community.

Coming Soon

  • PTA Meeting Wednesday January 20, 2016 at 7PM (School Cafeteria)

  • Book of the Season: Nino’s Magical Night by Sueli Menezes and pictures by Giuliano Ferri

I will be sharing this story at our PTA meeting.

  • Calling all parent and student artists to participate in the Book of the Season Display. More information to follow.

  • Wednesday January 27th: Parent Craft Workshop hosted by Ms. Lilly Chu, Parent Coordinator

  • Parent Workshop: The Use of Protocols To Lift The Level Of Student Engagement hosted by Ms. Scott, Principal. Times TBD

May the New Year bring you peace, good health and love.

Sincerely,

Karen Scott-Piazza
